I was introduced to Har Dev from a dear friend a couple months ago and it has been a gift ever since, so grateful! We do zoom sessions a couple times a week. He does a great job explaining, demonstrating, and walking through the poses, breathing exercises, and meditations so that it’s relatively easy to understand and replicate. His approach really helps train me to better meditate on my own and I have been naturally finding opportunities to practice what I’ve been learning. Sometimes Har Dev ends with a relaxed meditation, while he plays the guitar and sings/chants, it’s beautiful. After every session I feel elated, very at peace, and more grounded. Charged and ready to take on the day/week ahead. I look forward to more sessions with Har Dev until I’m comfortable practicing Kundalini on my own and incorporating it into my lifestyle.
